2014.51 & 52 Mahlogonolo a Christmas*

*Christmas Blessings (SeSotho)

Our first Christmas in South Africa has been delightfully simple.  Without the Christmas trappings it was easier to be intentional in remembering that little baby born in Bethlehem.  Our souls have been nourished by good food and fellowship with lots of lovely folk.

I decided to do some Christmas baking for our neighbour-chums, we quickly listed off who we’d want to give a little treat too, and there were soon 30 names on the list.  What a lovely reminder of the way we’ve been welcomed here, and all the people who have touched our lives so far.

And I’ve made it through my photo challenge, so this final post is a bumper special with 8 pics.  What a year it’s been!
